Basketball on the Edge – How To Become An Expert by Nick Boon

The short answer to the question of how you can become an expert at anything is “deliberate practice”.  What is deliberate practice?

  • You must step out of your comfort zone.
  • The practice is assigned by a coach that gives feedback.
  • The practice must have a specific development goal.
  • The practice is most effective when performed alone, at least part of the time.
