The short answer to the question of how you can become an expert at anything is “deliberate practice”. What is deliberate practice?
- You must step out of your comfort zone.
- The practice is assigned by a coach that gives feedback.
- The practice must have a specific development goal.
- The practice is most effective when performed alone, at least part of the time.
