Drill of the Week – September 6, 2017 – Pull-Back Dribble Crossovers

This week’s drill, Pull-Back Dribble Crossovers, works on a skill that is underutilized, especially at the youth level.  Many times when a player drives and is cut off by a defender they will pick up their dribble and then have nowhere to go with the ball, often resulting in a turnover.  In this drill players work on a pull-back dribble to create space and then a crossover to attack the defender again in the opposite direction with a driving layup.
